FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns asbestos-free polymer friction compositions and can be applied in production of brake shoes. Composition includes, wt %: linking agent out of high-molecular unsaturated hydrocarbon rubbers 19-24; mineral fillers of concentrated barite 18-25 and alumina 6-8; asbestos-free fibrous filler of kevlar pulp 1.5-3.0, arselon pulp 1.5-3.0, and wollastonite 2-5; carbon fillers of Carbon black 6.95-15.0, and graphite 24-30; curing group of sulphur 1-3, 2-mercaptobenzothiazol 0.5-0.9, and thiuram 0.03-0.15. ^ EFFECT: enhanced durability, friction rate stability of products manufactured on the basis of claimed composition, reduced product cost and emission of hazardous substances to environment. ^ 1 tbl |
