PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement composition which can be used for mortar for troweling, such as a plastering material, a roof material, a wall material and a water proofing material, mortar for spraying, a cross-section restoring material used for repairing and reinforcing civil engineering structures, a grout material or the like, and has satisfactory operability, a reduced curing shrinkage, and high adhesive durability. SOLUTION: The cement composition comprises: cement; acrylic copolymerized re-emulsified resin powder; an expanding material; and a shrinkage reducing agent. Regarding the acrylic copolymerized re-emulsified resin powder, the average particle diameter of the primary particles in the resin powder is 0.2 to 0.8μm, and the surfaces of the primary particles in the resin powder are coated with the water soluble protective colloid of polyvinyl alcohol.
