<p>The invention relates to a cam rotor for vertical-axis wind turbines, providing essential features of novelty, of the type used to harness wind energy and including hinged or folding blades. The invention is essentially characterised in that the cam rotor includes three parts which can be connected to one another and to the vertical shaft (E) and to which the arms of the blades are coupled, said parts comprising an intermediate part (1), a head (2) and an anchoring base (3). The invention facilitates the operation of the blades through simple wind resistance, in order to transmit the movement to the vertical shaft of the wind turbine, also enabling the rotational movement of the arms of the hinged and folding blades.</p> |
