<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove a sealing member without damaging a bearing without increasing the number of parts of the sealing member. <P>SOLUTION: This device is applied to a support device of a cast slab guide roll 11 of a continuous casting facility. An end of the cast slab guide roll 11 is inserted into a housing 12, and the cast slab guide roll 11 is supported rotatably to the housing 12 by spherical roller bearings 17 provided inside the housing 12. The sealing member 30 is mounted on the end at roll shoulder side of the outer ring 16 of the spherical roller bearing 17, and a projection 36 is formed on the outside surface of the sealing member 30. Thus, this projection 36 can be easily pulled toward outside in the axial direction by pinching it with a removing tool so that the sealing member 30 can easily be removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
