PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording head capable of reducing crosstalk between adjacent pressure chambers so as to stably obtain desired ink jet. SOLUTION: Each pressure chamber 111 is formed as a parallelogram and the chambers are arranged in a plurality of rows. Then, the chambers of abutting rows are disposed in a staggered shaped so as not to face a part enclosed by two perpendicular lines f obtained by drawing from obtuse angles (e) formed of long ridge lines (a) and slanting short ridge lines (b) to the respective long ridge lines (a) opposed to the angles and two long ridge lines (a) in the pressure chambers with the same main part of the pressure chamber of the other abutting row in a direction perpendicular to the ridge line (a). Though an actuator unit is largely deformed with respect to the main part of the pressure chamber when the actuator unit is deformed with respect to one pressure chamber by applying voltage to an individual electrode 210 provided at the piezoelectric actuator unit corresponding to the pressure chamber 111, an effect to an abutting pressure chamber is reduced since there is no main part of the abutting pressure chamber in a direction perpendicular to the ridge line (a) of the main part.
