A device for high-speed molding of packages with preset structural parameters, in which a thread guide and movable sleeves of a bobbin holder are installed with possibility of adjusting their rotary displacements by an independent drive from individual direct current motors, which are connected into an united system for simultaneous control of adjustable rotary and progressive displacements of the thread guide and movable sleeves.
