A lubricant for hot-forming method, wt. %: 20-30 graphite, 5-20 polymeric metallic phosphates, 0.01-0.1 surface active substances, 5-20 liquid glass, GKDz-11K 1-10 silicone fluid , 0.5-2 dihydro aluminium stearate and water – the rest. Herewith, polymeric metallic phosphates represent the mixture with the following composition, wt. %: 40-60 sodium tripolyphosphate, 10-30 sodium pyrophosphate, 10-30 calcium metaphosphate, 4.9-10 sodium metaphosphate and 0.1-5 sodium orthophosphates. Ether lubricant may be used at the metallurgy industry, for example, in rolling of weldless steel tubes on the pilger mills. |
