A bench for study on characteristics of screw vertical beater spreaders is made in the form of a frame, vertical posts, a feed mechanism, a bunker, screw beaters, a high-speed chamber connected to a computer, a mobile table in the form of a belt conveyer, which mobile belt is covered with a grid with cells, a container for collection of spread materials, a drive with a device of adjustment of speed of rotation, a panel with a control console. The screw beaters are installed vertically from the right end of feed conveyor and from below are connected with reducers by universal joints, which axes are parallel. The upper ends of screw beaters are installed into the supports in the upper part of the frame with possibility of circular cranking in different sides and changes in vertical angle of their arrangement in the direction of the motion of machine. The distance between the screw beaters is variable depending on the physical and mechanical properties of the spread material. |
