PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin compsn. which has long-stable antifogging and antistatic properties and is suitably used for agricultural films. SOLUTION: This compsn. comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin, (B) 0.01-30 pts.wt. basic magnesium carbonate, and (C) 0.01-30 pts.wt. surfactant. Pref., the thermoplastic resin is selected from among polyolefins, polyvinyl chloride, and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers. Pref., the surfactant is selected from among fatty acid glycerides, ethylene oxide adducts of alcohols, aliph. amines, etc. Basic magnesium carbonate having an average particle size of 0.1-10μm and a metal content of 3-55 wt.% is pref.
