PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of an adaptive hybrid density memory storage device suitable for locating a file data in a storage device, and also to provide an adaptive hybrid density memory storage device. SOLUTION: The adaptive hybrid density memory storage device includes a high density memory and a low density memory. The control method is characterized in that the property of data is determined by its length, and then, the data is determined to be located to the high density memory or the low density memory according to the property of the data, and the wearing level and the amount of data processed by the adaptive hybrid density memory storage device.
