摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk driving unit and a manufacturing method thereof which ensure highly productive adhesive fastening by UV irradiation for a short period of time with a jig fixed and fastening strength after adhesive fastening, and obtains assembly precision by precisely suppressing wobbling. <P>SOLUTION: The disk driving unit comprises a cylindrical rotor frame 2, a magnet 3 for forming a cylindrical space concentrically set in the inside of the cylindrical rotor frame 2, a rotor assembly 7 composed of a shaft 6 one end of which is fixed in the central hole 5 of a shaft holding section 4 formed in the rotation center of the rotor frame 2, and a bearing 8 for supporting the rotor assembly 7. The central hole 5 of the shaft holding section 4 has a small diameter section 9 underneath in the axial direction of the shaft 6 while the upper side of the small diameter section 9 has a tapered slope 10 expanding upward in the axial direction, and then a gap 11 between the shaft holding section 4 and the shaft 6 is filled with a UV-curable adhesive material 12 to form an adhesive fastening section 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
