PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering damper device assuring the same damping characteristics as long as a steering angle remains the same when the vibration of a front wheel of a two-wheeler in running is suppressed. SOLUTION: A damper is disposed between the handle side and the frame side of the two-wheeler as well as suppresses rotation at the handle side with respect to the frame side. A cylinder body 1 in the damper is pivoted at the handle side or the frame side at a position shifted in parallel to a shaft core wire of the cylinder body 1. In addition, rod bodies 3 (4) in the damper are connected to the handle side or the frame side being an opposite side. Alternatively, the rod bodies 3 (4) are connected to the handle side or the frame side at the position shifted in parallel to the shaft core wire of the rod bodies 3 (4).
