<p>Preparing a two phase forming beverage comprises: mixing milk or milk products having a fat content of up to 1 wt.% with water, a thickener and sugar; and adding a fruit basic substance, where: the beverage exhibits a pH of 3.6-4, and the beverage is separated into two phases within 24 hours at 6[deg] C and after shaking. An independent claim is included for the two phase forming beverage obtained by the above process.</p> |
