PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable composition for interlayers, giving a transparent laminate having excellent transparency and effectively shielding various vibration and noise such as impact noise and low-frequency noise, and an interlayer and a transparent laminate produced by using the polymerizable composition for interlayers. SOLUTION: The polymerizable composition for interlayers contains a monomer component comprising a (meth)acrylate monomer and a vinyl monomer copolymerizable with the (meth)acrylate monomer and giving a copolymer of the monomer component having a glass transition temperature Tg of -70 to 0°C and further contains 5-80 pts.wt. of a cellulosic resin, 0.001-25 pts.wt. of a crosslinking agent and 0.001-10 pts.wt. of a photopolymerization initiator based on 100 pts.wt. of the monomer component.
