PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device capable of performing efficient conveying work with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This conveying device 1 is provided with a fixed conveying conveyor 6 installed on an installation surface 5 and a moving conveying conveyor 7 movably installed on the installation surface 5. During no work when an article W is not conveyed, the moving conveying conveyor 7 is mutually overlapped with the fixed conveying conveyor 6 in plane view. During a work when the article W is conveyed, the moving conveying conveyor 7 is projected from the fixed conveying conveyor 6, and the article W is transferred from the moving conveying conveyor 7 to the fixed conveying conveyor 6.
