<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organizational chart editing device and a program, facilitating preparation of a personnel distribution plan for a new department by simulating transfer of personnel suited for the department when organizing the new department. <P>SOLUTION: A department code of a department higher than the new department is retrieved by a control part 2 based on position information on a hierarchical structure of the new department inputted by an input part 6. Task information of the higher department is extracted from organizational chart information stored in a storage part 4 and the department code. Personnel information is extracted on the basis of a comparison result between the extracted task information and data of an employee history file stored in the storage part 4, and a plan file is outputted based on the extracted personnel information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
