A multi-valley and porous submerged breakwater for preventing coast erosion and forming a fishing ground is provided to lower wave height by absorbing, scattering and diffracting wave energy and restore a part in which erosion is generated. A multi-valley and porous submerged breakwater for preventing coast erosion and forming a fishing ground(100) comprises: a plurality of blocks(110,110') having a different size by protruding a gap retentive a protrusion to generate air gap in the submerged breakwater; and an energy absorbing portion(120) damping wave energy and forming the fishing ground by laminating a plurality of blocks in order to form two or more ridges(122,122') in one or more grooves(121). |
