A method and a server providing a shopping service using a private area capable of transacting or publicizing specific product in a personal domain are provided to increase sale due to introducing various transactions forms by forming network between buyers. A server control unit(220) receives private section information signal and service selection signal from a user terminal. One or more specific product information is received. The server control unit produces the conversion specific product information converting the specific product information. The server control unit transmits the conversion specific product information with the private section service providing server. A visitor terminal transmits the payment request signal about the conversion specific product information. A constant commission is distributed to the user terminal after electronic payment is performed.
