An apparatus for providing an outer seal around a CIPP- lined pipe, the apparatus comprising a tubular body (30), the internal dimension of which is slightly larger than the external dimension of the CIPP-lined pipe, the tubular body (30) being adapted at one end to be connected to a section of replacement pipe and at the other end (31) to receive a CIPP-lined pipe so as to form an airtight seal around the outer surface of said CIPP-lined pipe. |
