PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic recording head for performing effective/efficient high-frequency assist magnetic recording, and a magnetic recording device using the same. SOLUTION: The magnetic recording head is provided with a main magnetic pole, and a laminate body including a first magnetic layer, a second magnetic layer, a first intermediate layer disposed between the first and second magnetic layers, and a third magnetic layer for applying a magnetic field to at least one of the first and second magnetic layers.
