SPATIAL LIGHT TRANSMISSION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spatial light transmission apparatus capable of surely collecting communication logs at the point of time of fault occurrence and determining a cause without imposing burdens on an operator.

SOLUTION: The spatial light transmission apparatus 1 bidirectionally transmits data by light emitted to the space between a movably installed mobile station 3 and a fixed station 2 installed at a fixed position. The fixed station 2 is provided with a memory 26 for temporarily storing the communication log continuously at each fixed interval of time. An information terminal 5 is connected through a network 4 to the fixed station 2, and the information terminal 5 accesses the fixed station 2 and reads the communication log recorded in the memory 26 when a fault occurs. At the time, the information terminal 5 fetches the communication log transmitted from the fixed station 2 and displays it on a display.
