<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion engagement check device capable of checking accurately whether or not both components are engaged correctly when a relay is inserted in a relay box. <P>SOLUTION: The insertion engagement check device 1 is a device to check whether or not engagement of both components is made correctly when both components are engaged by inserting a relay 20 to a relay box 40a having a flexible wall 41 while pushing and widening the flexible wall 41 using an insertion jig 2. This device 1 has a checking head 6 which is installed on the insertion jig 2 movably in insertion direction of the relay 20 and a head support member 8 which supports the checking head 6 at the end part of the checking head 6, contacts the upper end 41a of the flexible wall 41 in the state of being pushed and widened and separates the lower face 6a of the checking head 6 from the upper face 4a of a pressing part 4 of the insertion jig 2, and houses the upper end 41a of the flexible wall 41 in the state that the relay 20 and the relay box 40a are engaged, and makes the lower face 6a of the checking head 6 into contact with the upper face 4a of the pressing part 4 of the insertion jig 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
