CELL PROLIFERATION METHOD, AND MEDICINE FOR REPAIRING AND REGENERATING TISSUE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and massively proliferate cells collected from a living body in vitro to provide a safe and effective medicine for repairing and regenerating the tissue of the living body.

SOLUTION: This method, for culturing and proliferating cells in a sample collected from a living body in a culture medium, controls the amount of an anticoagulant (for example, heparin, a heparin derivative or their salts) added to the collected sample to <5 U/mL based on the volume of the sample, or controls the amount of the anticoagulant in the culture medium on the start of the culture to <0.5 U/mL.
