<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron emitting element which has an excellent productivity and which readily attains an enlargement of the area, a weight reduction and flexibility. <P>SOLUTION: A polyimide film which has glass transition temperature of≥300°C or favorably of≥350°C, favorably whose linear expansion coefficient at 50°C to 300°C is -5 ppm to +15 ppm, and also favorably which has a large current ignitionability of which the performance standard degree is 3 or lower is used at an insulating layer 5 between a cathode 3 and gate electrode 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
