PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator system sufficiently taking into consideration the privacy of elevator users in the case of a building limited in elevator users to a certain extent. SOLUTION: A load moving condition and a load distribution condition by a passenger M1 and a wheelchair user M2 appear as a visual distortion distribution condition on the surface of a pressure sensitive rubber 3. A camera 4 with a wide-angle lens photographs the distortion distribution condition, and transmits image data to a car-inside using condition monitor means 7. The car-inside using condition monitor means 7 performs analysis such as a comparison of the transmitted image data with a held pattern, and estimates the number of passengers in of the car 1, a type of an instrument which belongs to a passenger such as a wheelchair, a vacant space in the car 1, the action of the passenger and or the like, and monitors a using condition in the car 1.
