It is an object to provide an elastic coefficient estimation system configured to suppress costs for the estimation of an elastic coefficient and estimates a high accuracy value. The elastic coefficient estimation system is provided with a label information generating means (104) that outputs sound or non-sound label information, an elastic model memory means (105) that stores a probability model to express an emergence probability of the sound or non-sound, an elasticity estimating means (103) that calculates an elastic coefficient in a frequency axis direction by using the probability model to express a sound or non-sound emergence probability, a sound or non-sound label and a cepstrum.
