<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an influence of a bearing on dimensional accuracy, and to enhance the joint strength of a ring for an outer peripheral part of an outer ring. <P>SOLUTION: A ring 7 formed of an annular metal plate is jointed to an outer peripheral part of an outer ring 2 of a rolling bearing, and a resin pulley member 3 is integrally molded around this jointed body 10 by injection molding. The jointed body 10 is formed by pressing the outer peripheral part of the outer ring 2 in the inner peripheral part of the ring 7 in a solid-phase state that joint part surfaces of the ring 7 and the outer ring 2 are softened by carrying a current between the ring 7 and the outer ring 2 to generate electric resistance heat. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
