Piezoelectric air jet augmented cooling for electronic devices is provided to generate a smaller amount of noise with a small size. Laminated piezoelectric layers(108) without lead and an electrode(110) are stacked each other and formed around a center opening(104). A vibration plate(106) is combined with the piezoelectric layers and covers the center opening. When an opening voltage is applied to electrodes, the vibration plate vibrates and sprays air. The piezoelectric layers without lead comprises BaTiO3. The electrode comprises nickel. |
