<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a recovery of water regardless of the orientation of a device and its miniaturization. <P>SOLUTION: A body case 2 has an interior space 21 as well as an introduction mouth 23, a discharge opening 25 and a drain hole 27. An electroosmotic material 6 is provided in the body case 2, and an electrode film 5 and an electrode film 7 are deposited on both sides of the electroosmotic material 6. A metal porous body 4 is housed in a first area 31 of the interior space 21. When a gas containing steam is introduced into the first area 31 through the introduction mouth 23, water concentrates in the metal porous body 4, and the water carries out an electro-osmosis of the electroosmotic material 6 to ooze to the opposed second area 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
