<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ceiling material warpage prevention hardware enabling a reduction in the cost of a mounting operation since the hardware can be easily installed on and removed from a ceiling material and a ceiling structure using the ceiling material warpage prevention hardware. <P>SOLUTION: This ceiling material warpage prevention hardware 1 comprises a frame member-like warpage prevention hardware body 2 and a pair of engagement pieces 3 attached to both ends of the warpage prevention hardware body 2. The warpage prevention hardware body 2 is placed on the upper surface of the plate-like ceiling material 10 between the both edges opposed to each other. The engagement piece 3 has a cross section of L-shape extending from the end surface thereof and engaged with the lower surface side edge thereof.
