PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply a service voltage for a sensor after an initial calibration operation even through the use of a sensor which supplies a service voltage or a voltage for calibration from one input end as a sensor of a sensor unit. SOLUTION: A voltage stabilization circuit 7 for stabilizing a voltage value of power supply to a service voltage and a wiring 8 for supplying a voltage for calibration for the sensor 4 are incorporated in parallel between an input end 44 of the sensor 4 and a power connection end 51 for sensors of a circuit substrate 5. A changeover part 82 comprising a switch for cutting off the wiring 8 is provided and operated to be turned off from a hand hole of a housing after an initial calibration operation to cut off the wiring 8.
