PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize the discharge characteristic of ink discharged from a nozzle by suppressing variance of inflow amount of adhesive into an individual ink channel. SOLUTION: In all of five connection hole groups 60a to 60e formed on a cover plate 30, a plurality of annular relief grooves 30a respectively corresponding to a plurality of connection holes 60 belonging to the respective connection hole groups communicate with each other through coupling grooves 30b but do not communicate with a surrounding groove 30c surrounding the outside thereof, and the plurality of annular relief grooves 30a are shut in such a state that they communicate with each other. Therefore, when attaching the cover plate 30 and a nozzle plate 31, a condition that the adhesive flows into the annular relief groove 30a is nearly equal in all the annular relieving grooves 30a, and the inflow amount of the adhesive is nearly uniformized in the plurality of connection holes 60.
