PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric powered vehicle capable of suppressing any damage of a battery unit even in an impact from the side with a power unit being mounted thereon or in an impact from the side with the power unit not being mounted thereon. SOLUTION: The electric powered vehicle has a bracket 23 on a battery unit side which extends in the vehicle width direction via an end on the battery unit side of a power unit 16 with both ends thereof being elastically supported by a vehicle body via a vehicle body fitting bush 26, and both sides of an intermediate part being elastically supported by the power unit via a power unit fitting bush 24. A battery unit side bracket weakened portion 48 to be broken when the impact load of equal to or more than the predetermined value is applied is formed between the power unit fitting bush and the vehicle body fitting bush of the bracket 23. The weakened portion 48 is formed so as to be broken by the impact load to be input in the collision on the side with the power unit 16 being mounted thereon is smaller than the impact load to be input in the collision on the side with the power unit 16 not being mounted thereon.
