PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means which can efficiently measure skin in parallel with other purposes, is convenient to be carried around and measures skin. SOLUTION: When a user uses the portable communication terminal 1 to perform voice communication, the user holds a second case 12 with a first case 11 and the second case opened from each other in a hand and uses the portable communication terminal 1 with a receiving part 15 at an upper part of the first case 11 made closer to an ear and a transmission part 16 at a lower part of the second case made closer to the mouth, respectively. Then, a skin measuring sensor 18 attached at a lower part of a display part 14 of the first case 11 is located so as to come into contact with skin (for example, vicinity of cheek) of a caller during voice communication as represented by a block arrow in the figure. If presetting is made so as to start skin measurement in accordance with a start of voice communication, skin measurement can be automatically performed in parallel with voice communication.
