A portable medical device for measuring a physiological signal is provided to perform medial treatment by measuring the physiological signal quickly in an emergency situation. A portable medical device(100) includes a measuring device(20), a display device(40), and a mounting device(60). The measuring device includes a measuring module(22) and a communication module(24). The measuring module is composed of a sensor for measuring the physiological signal. The communication module transmits the physiological signal measured in the measuring module. The display device includes the communication module and a monitor. The communication module transmits and receives the physiological signal information and medical information from and to the communication module and a medical center in a remote place. The monitor displays the physiological signal information and the medical information. The measuring device and the display device are detachably mounted in the mounting device.
