LITHIUM COBALT OXIDE NANO TUBE ASSEMBLIES USING CARBON TEMPLATES AND THE PROCESS THEREOF

A manufacturing method of lithium cobalt oxide nanotube structure using a carbon stylolite sacrifice method is provided to manufacture lithium cobalt oxide sponge and lithium cobalt oxide globe nanostructure using stylolite having various sizes and various shape. A manufacturing method of lithium cobalt oxide nanotube structure comprises steps of: (a) manufacturing porous carbon nano load stylolite; (b) dipping the porous carbon nanorods stylolite with a lithium/cobalt salt-mixture solution and manufacturing the lithium/cobalt-carbon complex; (c) manufacturing lithium cobalt oxide- carbon complex by heat-treating the lithium/cobalt-carbon complex; and manufacturing lithium cobalt oxide nanotube structure by removing the porous carbon nanorods stylolite by heat-treating the lithium cobalt oxide-carbon complex under oxidizing atmosphere.
