An indoor unit of a ceiling type air-conditioner is provided to improve assemblability of the body and reduce the manufacturing cost of air-conditioner by integrally forming connection parts in which fastening members extended from the ceiling are inserted. An indoor unit of a ceiling type air-conditioner comprises a body(10) contacting the ceiling, and connection parts(20) formed on the body in order to connect a plurality of fastening members(30) extended from the ceiling, where the number of the connection part is equal to that of the fastening members. The connection part includes a position adjusting hole(50) bored on the body to regulate the insertion location of the fastening member. The fastening member is inserted to the connection part and combined with the body by a tightening member(40). The body includes a reinforcing rib(60) to prevent the concentration of stress applied around the connection part and the position adjusting hole.
