MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HETERO-JUNCTIONED CERAMICS
摘要
A manufacturing method of heterojunction ceramics is provided to increase dipping rate and depth of glass by controlling arbitrarily amount of a coating agent containing functionality ion such as silicon etc. added to metal oxide layers. A manufacturing method of heterojunction ceramics comprises steps of: laminating a plurality of hetero-metal oxide layers and a sacrifice glass layer; and dipping the sacrifice glass layer to the plurality of hetero-metal oxide layers. One or more composition powders of the hetero-metal oxide layers are coated to a functionality ion degrading the contact angle. The functionality ion is silicon ion.
