A water color pastel and chalk is provided to express clear color due to soft and minute particles of the water color pastel and chalk, and to impart good effects to the human body due to the emission of far infrared rays and negative ions. A method for manufacturing a water color pastel and chalk comprises (S1) a step for injecting paraffin wax 30~40%, stearic acid 40~50%, and magnesium carbonate 10~20% in a stirring vessel, stirring them at 350~370°C with 150~200 rpm for 10~12 hours to remove moisture, impurity and smell, and solidifying the mixture by air-cooling it to 220~240°C gradually; (S2) a step for mixing the resultant 35~40% of the (S1) step, hardened oil 20~25%, a mixed solution 25~30% of polyoxyethylene and nonylphenol ether, and lauryl phosphate 5~10%, and stirring the mixture at 80~85 °C with 150~200 rpm to convert oily nature into water-soluble nature; (S3) a step for mixing the water-soluble resultant 45~50% of the (S2) step, calcium carbonate 25~30%, titanium dioxide 5~10%, and pigment 10~15%, and stirring the mixture at 80~85 °C; (S4) a step for cooling the resultant of the (S3) step to obtain the solid material, extruding the solid material in a screw type vacuum forming machine or injection-molding the solid material in a mold to obtain a material; and (S5) a step of cutting the material in a constant size to obtain water color pastel. |
