PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding tool capable of adhering and holding a small component for a long period, as desired, even though the adhered and held small component can be removed easily and a set of holding tools and a small component holding device such that many small components adhered and held by one holding jig can be transferred to the other holding tool in one sitting, without being damaged or broken. SOLUTION: The holding tool 1A has an elastic member 3A capable of adhering and holding the small component on a surface, wherein the elastic member 3A has an adhesion and holding disabling portion 5A formed in an adhering and holding portion 4A and an adhering and holding portion 4A, in a region where the small component is adhered and held. A set of holding tools, comprising the holding tool 1A and a holding tool having an elastic member formed by forming an adhering and holding portion over the entire area where a small component is adhered and held, and the small component holding device including the set of holding tools, are also provided.
