摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer management system which can retrieve the situation of required documents so that the present condition of customer information can be understood at a glance. <P>SOLUTION: The customer management system connects by LAN 4 a management unit 2 which registers various kinds of information and outputs a submit request table and a documents list, a memory 1 which stores these pieces of information, and a browsing terminal 3 which browses customer information. A customer information registration part 213 selects an industry type and a business form pattern of a customer, and stores them in a customer information file 13. A submit request table making part 22 retrieves a submit request pattern necessary to the customer from a pattern master file 14, issues a request table with an expected return date, and indicates its situation with a symbol "▵" (under request). When the request table is returned, a return registration part 23 registers the information in a submit request information file 131, and indicates its situation with a symbol "○" (obtained). A document list display part 24 outputs a list showing document submission situations of customers by symbols.
