PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat conductive sheet excellent in heat conductivity in a thickness direction. SOLUTION: A graphite layer of the heat conductive sheet having the graphite layer containing anisotropic graphite particles is laminated for two or more layers in one direction to the surface of the heat conductive sheet, the respective graphite layers are bonded by a resin layer, and the ratio of the gap in the entire resin layer is 30 vol.% or less. Also, the anisotropic graphite particles are oriented in the surface direction of the graphite layer, and the anisotropic graphite particles are oriented in the thickness direction of the heat conductive sheet.
