IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which enables a user to obtain the print image having a desired image quality when used in a print service for an advertisement and which can print the advertisement having an image quality that an advertiser wishes.

SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus has a multi-attribute double-sided print mode in which a first attribute image is printed on one side of paper and a second attribute image is printed on the other side of the paper. The apparatus includes: an operation input means having image quality adjusting unit for the first attribute image; a print control means for setting the print quality in the first and second attribute images; and a specified information output means for giving specified information related to an image quality setting of the second attribute image to the print control means. In the multi-attribute double-sided print mode, the print control means sets the print quality of the first attribute image based on an operation of the image quality adjusting unit; and the operation of the image quality adjusting unit is reflected in the setting of the print quality to the second attribute image to the extent permitted by the specified information.
