PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swivel ring capable of improving a tolerable load without enlarging diameters of an outer ring and an inner ring, capable of exhibiting excellent rigidity in assembly between the outer ring and the inner ring, and capable of constructing a compact and rigid rotating structure. SOLUTION: The swivel ring is constituted by the outer ring 1 having a guide groove 10 opened to a rotating shaft direction and continued to the peripheral direction, and a rolling groove of a rolling element 3 on a pair of side walls surrounding the guide groove 10; the inner ring 2 having a rolling groove having a rectangular cross section continued to the peripheral direction and provided in the guide groove 10 of the outer ring 1 and confronting the rolling groove of the outer ring 1 on the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface; and a large number of rolling elements 3 arranged in a plurality of annular rolling passages formed by the rolling groove of the outer ring 1 and the rolling groove of the inner ring confronting with each other.
