<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grill device which can heat and cook regardless of the presence or absence of water on a tray. <P>SOLUTION: A heat controlling means 11 automatically detects whether there is water on the tray 6 or not by controlling the output of a lower heating means 5 that heats a material to be cooked 3 from below to be a specified output 1 or less than it is detected that there is no water and continues heating for cooking even when there is no water on the tray by controlling the temperature so that the temperature of the lower heating means 5 does not exceed the ignition temperature even if oil drips when there is no water on the tray 6 by a water presence detecting means 16 provided with a first water presence detecting means 17 which detects the presence of water by a value of temperature change of a tray temperature detecting means 10 during a specified time from the commencement of heating and a second water presence detecting means 18 that detects that there is no water if the detected temperature of the tray temperature detecting means 10 is a specified temperature 1 or over. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
