PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery robot which is placed even if a space between instruments is small and can reduce manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: In the delivery robot, the base end of a first arm 14 is connected rotatably to a base 11 and the end of the first arm 14 is connected rotatably to a second arm 16. The rotational axis (a first rotation axis 13) of the first arm 14 is parallelized to the rotation axis (a spindle 15) of the second arm 16. A first pulley 24 is fixed to the base 11 and a second pulley 25 is fixed to rotate in a unified manner with the second arm around the spindle 15, and a third pulley 28 is fixed to the base of the second arm so as not to rotate to the first arm 14. A fourth pulley 30 to which a gripping chuck is mounted is fixed rotatably to the end of the second arm around the second rotation axis 32. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
