PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial contact low in price and easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: This coaxial contact is equipped with at least: a first connection member connected to cores of a coaxial cable; and an extensible body including a first housing of a cylinder shape with the connection member housed therein, a second housing of a cylinder shape disposed at a distance from the first housing, a second connection member housed in the second housing and connected to the first connection member, and a grounding member connected to the shield of the coaxial cable. The bottom of the second connection member is formed as a contact part for signal line while the top thereof is connected to the first connection member vertically slidably relative to the first connection member and rotatably around its center axis. The grounding member includes a first fixation part with the first housing fixed thereto, a second fixation part with the second housing fixed thereto, a first spring part formed between the first and second fixation parts, and a second spring part formed below the second fixation part.
