A rear seat facilitating device of the vehicles is provided that passengers can control the rear seat through the integration AV monitor. A rear seat facilitating device(1) of the vehicles comprises a base gear(12) fixed to the rear seat, a driving gear(22) combined in the base gear and the driving part(20) in which the motor(25) is formed, an integration AV monitor(40) which is installed to be rotated in the front part of the arm rest(5), and a cup holder(70) which is delivered the torque of double gear and reciprocates through the arm rest. The integration AV monitor rotates according to the movement of the arm rest.
