An electronic wallet and a method of utilizing electronic values are provided to manage the use of an electronic value flexibly by managing the electronic value memorized in a plurality of contactless IC cards by the lump. A receiving portion(102) receives a plurality of contactless integrated circuit cards. An antenna for outside communications(107) performs contactless communication with an external device(20). An antenna for card communication performs contactless communication with a plurality of contactless IC cards accepted in the receiving portion. A value memory unit(108) memorizes an electronic value. A controller(110) receives transaction request about service from the external device through the antenna for outside communication. According to transaction request, the controller transfers the electronic value through the antenna for card communications between the value memory unit and one among a plurality of contactless IC cards.
