<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical connector for preventing loosening of locking with improved operability, in the medical connector provided at the end part of a medical tube implement for performing locking so as to maintain connection with another medical tube implement by externally fitting and connecting the female tube part of the other medical tube implement to a male tube part, rotating a cylindrical body and engaging female threads of the cylindrical body to male threads formed on the outer peripheral surface of the female tube part of the other medical tube implement. <P>SOLUTION: The medical connector is provided with a blocking means 53 arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the male tube part 21 to be in contact with the proximal end of the cylindrical body 3 and freely block movement to the proximal end side of the cylindrical body 3 in the state of externally fitting the female tube part of the other medical tube implement 200 to the male tube part 21, engaging the female threads 32a to the male threads of the other medical tube implement 200 and locking it.
